Hello!!

OK, I'm new to all this 'blogging' so if i get it wrong please forgive me!
I have been making my own cards for the last 10 years and 2 years ago i bought my self a sewing machine in the hope of being able to make my own clothes. About 6 months ago i decided to have a go at making jewellery too!
Well...........it seems there just isn't enough time in the week to be able to do all the things i want and HAVE to do.
I have 2 young children (both under 10), a husband, a dog and work full time at a school so trying to fit crafty stuff in between all the family stuff is hard lol.
At the moment 90% of my craft goodies are packed up in the spare room as i have no 'designated' craft area. What i DO have is a usable space in my back garden which is to be converted in 'my' craft room. I shall keep you posted with pics and info as i go along with that. I will also point out that my 2 children have also 'bagsied' areas when my room is set up so inevitably their work may appear on here from time to time (they LOVE to get involved).

What i really want to do is set up a blog from someone who doesn't work in the industry, who has another job and fits in what they can when they can with all the trials and tribulations of life thrown in.
I hope to be able to offer help where i can and hope that people will offer their advice and help too.
